Shahid Afridi slams James Faulkner for false allegations
CRICDOT DESK : Quetta Gladiators’ James Faulkner has made a fuss in the ongoing PSL by making explosive allegations against the Pakistan Cricket Board. The Aussie all-rounder complained that he was not paid according to the contract (PCB). They have repeatedly lied to Dev .
Faulkner has left the Pakistan Super League and returned home with serious allegations against the PCB. Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi opened his mouth when the issue was being debated in the cricket world. According to him, Faulkner’s allegations are baseless. He will not allow anyone to tarnish Pakistan cricket by making baseless allegations.
In a tweet, the former Pakistan all-rounder said, “James Faulkner has made such baseless allegations in retaliation for Pakistan’s hospitality and arrangements. We (PCB) treat all players with respect and we have never been late in paying our fees. Pakistan, the country’s cricket and PSL brand image should not be allowed to be tarnished.
Meanwhile, another former Pakistan captain Salman Butt has gone one step further in the Faulkner scandal. He asked the Aussie all-rounder to be handed over to the police. According to him, the legal action against Faulkner is Nick PCB.
Claiming that Faulkner had been extremely rude, Butt said on his YouTube channel that Faulkner had thrown a helmet at the hotel chandelier. The chandelier is shattered. At that time, people could have lost their lives! Because the people stood by the chandelier itself. Any mishap could have happened then. However, Faulkner has wasted a lot of resources there. He treats the people there badly. In my opinion, he should be prosecuted. He should be taken into police custody for two days. The PCB should take legal action against him. It is rumored that James Faulkner has been banned from the PSL for life.
