Ottis Gibson not to renew his contract with BCB!

CRICDOT DESK : Ottis Gibson is not renewing his contract with Bangladesh Cricket Board. As such, he is no longer the bowling coach of Mostafiz-Ibadat.

The Proteas coach is leaving his job in Bangladesh to join Pakistan Super League (PSL). There he became the assistant coach and bowling coach of the Multan Sultan team.

On Wednesday, Multan Sultan confirmed the information on their social media platform.

“The Twenty20 World Cup winning head coach for the West Indies, former head coach of South Africa and former England and Bangladesh bowling coach Otis Gibson are joining the Multan Sultans as assistant coaches and fast bowling coaches,” said Sultan Sultans.

Otis Gibson also confirmed the matter to the country’s media after such a post. “I have an agreement with the BCB till January 20,” he said. After that I will go to PSL.

Otis Gibson joined Team Tigers as bowling coach in January 2020.

The cricketers will return to the country on January 15 after completing their tour of New Zealand. However, the coaches will not return to Bangladesh. Other foreign coaches will move to the family, Gibson will go to Pakistan.
