No Bangladeshi cricketer in ICC’s Test XI of the Year
CRICDOT DESK : The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the Test XI of the year for ODIs and T20s. Mustafizur Rahman from Bangladesh got the only place in the best T20 team of the year. However, three stars got a place in the ODI team. They are Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim and Mustafizur Rahman.
No Bangladeshi cricketer has been named in the ICC Test XI of the Year announced on Thursday.
Three star cricketers of India and Pakistan have been ranked in the best XI of the year for their expected performance in the white uniform of Test cricket in 2021.
The ICC has named New Zealand captain Ken Williamson as the captain of the Test XI of the year.
Pakistan’s three-star cricketer has been named in the Test team of the year. They are Fawad Alam, Hasan Ali and Shahin Shah Afridi.
India’s three stars are Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Panth and Ravichandran Ashwin. The two-time Test world champions are from New Zealand, two each from Australia, England and Sri Lanka.
