Narine-Moeen Ali-Du Plessis pick BPL over PSL!

CRICDOT DESK : The three-star cricketer Narine-Moeen Ali-Du Plessis pick BPL over PSL as they have told the Pakistan Super League (PSL) not to play there because of  the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).

They are England star all-rounder Moin Ali, West Indies’ Sunil Narine and former South Africa captain Faf du Plessis.

The three-star cricketer will play for two-time Bangladesh Premier League champions Comilla Victorians.

Due to BPL, three stars did not register for the auction of the seventh edition of Pakistan Super League. The PSL auction was held in Lahore last Sunday.

The eighth edition of the BPL is scheduled to start on January 20 and end on February 20. The PSL will start on January 26. At the same time, as Bangladesh and Pakistan have two franchise T20 tournaments, they have chosen to play in Bangladesh instead of Pakistan.

Comilla Managing Director Nafisa Kamal has confirmed that Moin Ali, Faf du Plessis and Sunil Narine will play in the BPL.

On Monday, Sheikh Sohail, a member of the BPL Governing Council, said, “We are not worried about the PSL and we hope to host this month’s Players’ Draft, but we are not worried about the Corona situation.”
