ICC increase ODI super league schedule at Bangladesh’s request

Earlier, the last time of the Super League was March 30, 2023. This initiative was taken to fit them in FTP as several series were canceled due to Corona. Because the teams have to play in the Super League series. However, Bangladesh did not abandon too many series due to Corona. He could not play against Ireland in 2020. The tour is not happening this year as the Tigers have a drawn game.

Each team will play eight series in the World Cup Super League on home and away basis. Bangladesh has played five series in the last 14 months. Of which three in the country and two abroad. After the Windies, they played home series against Sri Lanka and Afghanistan. The Tigers have managed to add 60 points in 9 matches in these three series. The other two series are played in New Zealand and Zimbabwe. Despite being whitewashed in New Zealand, Tamim Iqbal scored 30 points by whitewashing Zimbabwe.
