Gayle-Mahmudullah remains unsold at PSL draft
CRICDOT DESK : The Pakistan Super League (PSL) auction was held on Sunday. The player buying and selling event was held at the High-Performance Center in Lahore. Mahmudullah Riyad was the only Bangladeshi in the PSL player draft. The T20 captain of the Bangladesh team in the Diamond category has not shown any interest in taking any team from the six franchises of the PSL.
Not only Mahmudullah Riyadh, but none of the six franchises in the PSL have picked a batting giant like West Indies star cricketer Chris Gayle. Gayle was on the list of the top category platinum in the PSL auction.
Not only Chris Gayle-Mahmudullah Riyadh, many star cricketers including Pakistan star opener Ahmed Shehzad, star fast bowler Junaid Khan did not get a team in PSL.
