Bangladesh to face India again in U-19 World cup Quarter final!
CRICDOT DESK : Bangladesh U-19 team win to UAE by 9 wickets in Youth World Cup. After winning this huge gap, Tiger Youth has confirmed the quarter final. After the victory of Bangladesh, 6 teams have reached the quarter finals of the World Cup.
Defending champions Bangladesh defeated the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by nine wickets in a rain-hit match of the ongoing U19 World Cup in Basseterre on Saturday. Bangladesh clinched second spot in the group as a result of their win on Saturday. Bangladesh bowled out the UAE for a total of 148 to put themselves in a commanding position on Saturday. Despite rain interrupting play during their chase, Bangladesh scored 110/1 in 24.5 overs to reach the revised target and seal victory by D/L method.
It is seen that Bangladesh has reached the quarter finals by finishing second in group ‘A’. Therefore, Bangladesh’s opponent in the quarter finals is strong India. Rakib’s team is getting the runners-up of the last World Cup in the Super Eight. England are the champions in Group A. Their opponents in the last eight are runners-up South Africa in Group B.

Pakistan is the champion in ‘C’ group. Their opponent is Group D runners-up Australia. Group D champions Sri Lanka are facing Group C runners-up Afghanistan. According to the schedule, the quarter finals will start on January 26. All matches start at 6 pm Bangladesh time.
