Tamim-Simmons century at BPL attracts IPL-22 auction
CRICDOT DESK : Many Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) players want to play in the 2022 Cash Rich IPL. On Friday, Lendl Simmons and Tamim Iqbal had the opportunity to score for centuries in the tournament. Lendl Simmons defeated 65 balls 116 with a batting average of Sylhet Sunrisers at 14 boundaries and 5-6. In response, Dhaka Minister Tamim Iqbal hit 111 undefeated runs with only 64 balls at 173.44, including 17 4 and 4 6s.
Simmons played 29 IPL games, accumulating 1079 runs on average 39.96 times. He won the 1st century and 1150 in tournaments. He played a total of 287 T20s and made 7673 runs, including 59 half-centurys and tons.
Tamim Iqbal has never played at IPL. He looks for the first opportunity in the richest T20 league. He has 234 T20 experiences in 6695 runs across the 4th and 4250s.
Simmons and Tamim are both openers and represent either franchise in the opening battle. With the addition of Lucknow Super Giants & Ahmedabad, this duo may be selected for the IPL2022 Mega Auction.
