Shakib Al Hasan’s mother in law passes away
CRICDOT DESK : Narsingh Begum, mother-in-law of world-class all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan and mother of Umme Shishir Al Hasan, died late Friday night. Shakib and Shishir’s family sources have confirmed the matter. Nargis was undergoing treatment for cancer.
Shakib Al Hasan’s mother-in-law fell seriously ill while on a tour of South Africa with the national team. He was admitted to CMH. At the same time Shakib’s mother was ill. That is why the left-arm all-rounder returned to the country after finishing the ODI series.

It is learned that Janaza is scheduled to be held at Shakib’s mother-in-law’s house in Narsingdi today.
On April 1, Shakib went to the United States with his eldest daughter. Because Alaina Hasan’s school is open. But his wife Shishir could not go due to her mother’s illness and medical reasons. He was in Bangladesh with his youngest daughter and son.
Earlier, Shakib’s father-in-law Mumtaz Ahmed died in the United States in December 2020. Shakib was in the country then. He hurried to the United States to see his sick father-in-law, but did not see the end.
