CRICDOT DESK : India have won the T20 series by defeating Sri Lanka by 6 wickets with one match in hand. Rohit Sharma’s team reached the target after losing 3 wickets in reply to Sri Lanka’s 163 runs for 5 wickets.

But in that series-winning match on Saturday, an unexpected event happened at the India camp. On the same day, Indian opener Ishan Kisan was hit in the head by a Sri Lankan fast bowler Kumar’s bouncer.

According to Indian media reports, the current situation in Kisan is not so good. He has been admitted to ICU ward. He is currently under medical supervision.

The hosts lost captain Rohit Sharma from the start as they batted in reply to Sri Lanka’s 183 runs.

After that Kishan was fighting with Shreyas Iyer in the crease. In the second delivery of the fourth over, Lankan pacer Lahiru Kumara hit a bouncer on Kisan’s helmet. But he was playing with injuries. In the sixth over, Kumara fell victim and returned to the dressing room. He returned for 16 off 15 balls.
