BCB announce squad for U-19 Asia cup and World cup

CRICDOT DESK : Amid some good cricketing memories for the young tigers, The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced the Bangladesh Under-19 squad following the Youth World Cup and Youth Asia Cup. Interestingly, Rakibul Hasan, a member of the team that won the 2020 Youth World Cup, has been appointed as the captain of the team.

The three members of the 2020 Youth World Cup winners have found a place in the squad for the upcoming World Cup. Rakjibul is accompanied by Tanjim Hasan Prantik Nowroz. Prantik has been given the responsibility of vice-captain.

The Bangladeshi youth won the tri-nation series in Kolkata today by defeating India U-19 team. The team for the World Cup and Asia Cup was announced on a happy day. Basically, the price of the tour of India is going to the World Cup and Asia Cup. Only one cricketer on the tour of India has been dropped from the World Cup and Asia Cup squads. That Jisan Alam is there again as a reserve.

This year’s Youth Asia Cup will be held in the United Arab Emirates at the end of December. The youth will leave for the UAE on December 20 to play in the Asia Cup. In the first match on December 23, their opponent is Nepal.

The Youth World Cup will be held in the West Indies. Bangladesh’s first match in the World Cup on January 18. Bangladesh, England, Canada and United Arab Emirates are in the group of World Cup.
