CRICDOT DESK : The ICC Women’s ODI World Cup will start on March 4 in New Zealand. For the first time in their history, Bangladesh national women’s cricket team will go to New Zealand today to play ODI World Cup. Nigar Sultana Jyoti’s team will leave the country this afternoon.

A few days ago, the BCB announced the Bangladesh women’s team for the World Cup. Nuzhat Tasnia was included as a traveling reserve yesterday. Sanjida Akhter Meghlao, who was part of the 18-member team announced earlier, is also going to New Zealand as a traveling reserve.

Bangladesh girls will play their first match in the World Cup on March 5 against South Africa. The Tigers will play against New Zealand on March 6, Pakistan on March 14, West Indies on March 18, India on March 22, Australia on March 25 and England on March 26.
