Bangladesh on the verge of massive loose against Pakistan!
CRICDOT DESK : After getting the lead in the first innings of Chittagong Test, Bangladesh team is on the way to defeat. Bangladesh got a 44-run lead by bowling out Pakistan for 298 in the first innings with 330 runs.
Despite taking the lead in the first innings, the Tigers did not bat as expected in the second innings. Pakistan were bowled out for 156 in the fourth innings. That is why Bangladesh is on the path of defeat.
Pakistan need 202 runs to win the fourth innings. Chasing the target, Pakistan scored 109 runs in 33 overs without losing a wicket on the last afternoon of the fourth day.
Abid Ali, who scored a century in the first innings, is unbeaten on 56 and 53 runs. Abdullah Shafiq, who was dismissed for 52 in the first innings, picked up the fifth in the second innings as well.
Pakistan will have to score 93 runs on the last day on Tuesday to win. If nothing happens on the morning of the last day, Pakistan’s victory is certain.
