Bangladesh-Afganistan series probable schedule!


CRICDOT DESK : At the moment, the cricketers of the national team are busy with the franchise Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). The Afghanistan series will start at home after the end of BPL.

The three-match ODI series will be played at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong. After that, Mahmudullah Bahini will face Rashid Khan in T20 series at Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Dhaka.

Although the venue has been fixed, the Bangladesh Cricket Board has not yet finalized the start date and time of the series. However, the probable date has been announced.

According to reliable sources at the BCB on Saturday evening, Afghanistan will return to Bangladesh soon after the BPL final. The BPL final will be on February 18. As such, Rashid-Nabi’s team will set foot on the soil of Bangladesh anytime between 19th and 22nd February.

After coming to Bangladesh, Afghanistan team does not have to do quarantine for seven days. After coming, all of them will be tested. The Afghans will be able to go to the field one day after receiving the negative results.

He may play the first match of the three-match ODI series on February 24 or 25 in Chittagong.
